I have met with residents of the Mulberries in Witham, which is a Redrow development, and they are very unhappy with Redrow and their management company, Trinity Estates who are failing to maintain the estate and key properties despite the high service changes imposed on residents.
Not only is the level of service they are providing unacceptable, communication with residents has been poor and complaints are constantly being ignored. Having discussed this unacceptable situation with many affected residents, I am raising their complaints and serious concerns with Trinity Estates and Redrow.
Redrow and Trinity Estates must explain why they have not met with residents, why they are not resolving these problems across the estate, and why there is little transparency on the very high service changes each property is being charged, especially while there is a lack of maintenance across this estate.
Trees have been pulled up, ditches are full of waste and rubbish, the pond is not clean and there are no street lights in certain areas of the estate which has caused safety difficulties during the winter. This is unacceptable and it’s time Redrow and Trinity Estates took their responsibilities seriously, engaged with residents, and dealt with these issues.
