Witham MP Priti Patel has written to the developer Redrow and managing agent Trinity Estates to demand action to address the serious concerns that homeowners and residents on the Mulberries development in Witham have raised. These include poor levels of maintenance, trees and plants not being cared for, and residents facing increases in service charges as a result of this neglect. Priti has met with local residents to discuss their concerns and is now demanding answers from Redrow and Trinity. Priti said:
“Residents of the Mulberries have been let down by Redrow and Trinity Estates. I’ve met with residents and having seen the poor levels of maintenance, it is shocking that extra charges could now be imposed on families as a result of these failings. Redrow and Trinity must take their responsibilities seriously, engage with residents and sort these issues out without imposing new charges on residents.”
