Priti Patel MP recently met with Earls Colne based entrepreneur Ben Branson, founder of Seedlip, to learn more about his new and evolving businesses, Sylva and Seasn, and to hear about his continued work championing innovation in the non-alcoholic drinks sector.
During the visit, Priti toured the business and discussed Ben’s expertise in developing aged non-alcoholic spirits and his passion for delivering high quality products. The visit highlighted the rapid growth of the non-alcoholic drinks market, the importance of entrepreneurship, and the future of Ben’s business.
Priti also heard about Ben’s work beyond the drinks industry as founder of The Hidden 20%, a charity dedicated to supporting neurodiverse individuals and raising awareness of the strengths and talents of neurodivergent people.
The visit formed part of Priti Patel’s ongoing work across the Witham constituency to support entrepreneurs, promote business innovation, and celebrate companies that are creating high quality British products to export across the world, right in the heart of Essex.
Speaking after the visit, Priti said:
