Priti Patel, MP for Witham, visited Aconda Industrial Carriers in Witham to meet with the company’s directors, Tom Cannon and Ashlea Cannon, to tour the company’s new facilities and to hear about their King’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation.
Aconda Industrial Carriers is a Witham-based company specialising in heavy-duty industrial tracked carriers, designed for transporting equipment across difficult terrain. As a pioneering force in tracked carrier transportation, the company has been recognised for its innovation with a King’s Award for Enterprise 2025. Following continued international growth and record-breaking sales across Europe, the business has expanded into a new state-of-the-art headquarters in Witham as part of its plans to support increased production and further innovation.
Priti was given a full tour of the new facility and saw first-hand the design and manufacturing processes behind Aconda’s specialist vehicles. During the visit, Priti discussed the company’s growth, export success, and the importance of supporting British manufacturing and innovation.
